Adega Mãe Touriga Franca 2021
In Torres Vedras, in the West of Portugal, an entrepreneurial family sharing a strong passion for their native land realized the long-standing dream of building a winery that celebrates the historical heritage of the region, deeply rooted in vineyard culture and wine.
Founded by the Alves family, founders of the Riberalves Group, AdegaMãe emerges as a tribute from men to their matriarch, Manuela Alves.
It’s also the inspiration for a space of birth and creation, aiming to enhance the best grapes and produce superior wines. For this wine, the process involves total destemming, pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days, fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days, and aging for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
