Raríssimo is the personal brand of winemaker Osvaldo Amado, one of Portugal’s most awarded, launched in 2019 with the aim of creating exclusive wines, crafted in small editions with close attention at every stage, from vineyard to bottle. The name reflects the spirit of the collection: unique, distinctive wines of limited production, designed for those seeking experiences of great sophistication.

Sourced mainly from the Dão and Bairrada regions, Raríssimo wines result from a meticulous selection of grape varieties and patient winemaking, often involving many years of aging before reaching the market. The portfolio includes whites, reds, clarete, rosé, and sparkling wines, all marked by elegance, aromatic depth, and remarkable aging potential.

Among the highlights are Raríssimo Dão Tinto 2001, a complex and intense blend; Raríssimo Clarete 2016, delicate and fruit-driven; and the exceptional Raríssimo Espumante Bairrada 37 Years, a symbol of the patience and refinement that define the brand.
